WOODINGS & CO. MUSIC STAGE

A brilliant enhancement to our 2021 festival vibes, is our brilliant lineup on the Woodings & Co. music stage. We had a fabulous selection of local acts, with the best of Shropshire talent to keep your toes tapping.

Our awesome acts features lots of musical genres including alternative indie, British folk, rock 'n' roll, funk and soul, and high energy dance floor fillers. Whatever you are into - we've got you covered!

So it's time to sit back, get yourself a pint, order some decent street food, and enjoy!

Saturday 4th September

10am Call of the Kraken

Call of the Kraken crack out the jams, playing rock and pop hits in their own unique style.

11am Dave Busby

Live and acoustic performances of popular songs, from the likes of Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake and more, guaranteed to get your toes tapping.

12pm Juliet Falls

Raised on psychedelia and Rock ‘n’ roll, hailing from the West Midlands. The band has been described as “Mesmerising’ with their energetic live performances and anthemic songs.

1pm Chasing August

A fresh anthemic sound; delivering their own original music packed with influences from Kings of Leon, The Killers and Biffy Clyro; Chasing August deliver their take on modern indie music, bound to get stuck in your head.

2pm Dirty Rockin' Scoundrels

They will bring the best Rock’n’roll music of the 50’s and 60’s with an intense live show that’s guaranteed to rock your socks off.

3.15pm Vertigo

This five-piece multi-award-winning party band pride themselves on performing quality live entertainment. Make sure you bring your best singing voices for his one!

4.30pm  Shaun Kelly and Returned Gifts 

“The Returned Gifts” are a collective of musicians emerging from the ashes of the indie B-town scene. Fronted by Singer Shaun Kelly these guys feature bright and enthusiastic melodic pop.

5.30pm  Lost The Plot

From Skiffle and Folk to Pop and Rock via Punk and Rock ‘n’ Roll, Lost The Plot cover anything and everything that can be stripped down and belted out with energy, so get ready to sing your hearts out.

Sunday 5th September

10:45am Untamed Shrew

Shrewsbury’s very own all-girl rock band! From Charlotte Church to Amy Winehouse, Queen and Metallica, they’ve got something for everyone.

11.45am The Endings

A five-piece Celtic folk rock band playing upbeat original material.

12.45pm Good to Go

With a setlist that consists of classic hits from the 60’s up to today’s music and a mixture of all genres tailored to suit everyone’s preferences, this energetic four-piece party band will have you dancing.

1.45pm Radio Rumours

Playing all the favourite classics right through to the popular hits of today. Pop hits with a rock twist.

3pm Dirty Rockin' Scoundrels

They will bring the best Rock’n’roll music of the 50’s and 60’s with an intense live show that’s guaranteed to rock your socks off.

4.15pm Something for the Weekend

S4TW are a 4-piece multi-decade singing rock band from Shropshire. Their powerful vocals bring a fresh spin to those classic tracks that will just make you want to sing.
