Beth Heath is the Chief Executive and runs Shropshire Festivals an event company based in the heart of Shropshire. Her team runs events such as Shropshire Kids Festival, Shrewsbury Winter Fesrival, Shropshire Oktoberfest and Field to Fork festival to name but a few. She also worked for many years as the Operations Director for Ludlow Food Festival and Ludlow Spring Festival. As the former proprietor of the Ludlow Hamper Company she has the needs of the smaller producer at heart and having been raised in a farming environment, she has a great understanding of the demands facing food producers and retailers. She also keeps animals herself, on a small holding near Ironbridge.

Andy Richardson A food writer and photographer whose work appears each month in Shropshire Magazine and Wolverhampton Magazine, he is a passionate foodie. In 2012, he also published The Cat, The Cook and The Cook’s Assistant for Mr Underhills, Shropshire’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, and his work has appeared in Food and Travel Magazine, Decanter and other titles. He is committed to helping local schools to learn more about the journey from farm to fork.

Clare Lamprell leads our education programme. A teacher with a creative background, she's passionate about creating new opportunities for youngsters to learn about food. Working with children with special needs in Shrewsbury, Clare has her finger on the pulse when it comes to communicating new ideas. Her interest in design, architecture and food makes her the perfect person to lead up our programme. She's devised an action-packed programme of activities that will inspire, motivate and delight children from 5-to-18.

Rachel Davy, Gemma Cossie, Sid Heath, Sinead Mulloch, Claire Pocock and Bethan Page are the Shropshire Festivals team behind Beth Heath, who work around the clock to help create the festivals that we all love to enjoy. Rach is our "Girl Friday" who keeps everything going behind the scenes, and is also known at the "Chaos Coordinator". Gemma is the "Creator of Concepts" and imagines our beautiful design work, alongside her Cossie Creative buisness. Sinead, the "Social Media Queen" who sorts out all our social needs, Claire who is our "Words Whizz" and handles all things PR and then there's Bethan who helps out with all our office adminstration.

Their passion and enthusiasm for the event keeps everyone going, and having only joined Beth over the last four years, they have proved valuable assets to team orange.
