Applications for exhibitor and street food stands at Shrewsbury Food Festival 2026 are now open.

Shrewsbury Food Festival is set to return to the Quarry in the town centre on 27th and 28th June 2026.

That means we have officially opened applications for exhibitors, street food traders, and bars!

If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete our application form here. From this form, you can specify if you want a stand under our marquee, or if you want a freestanding stall under your own gazebo, or if you're an alcohol exhibitor selling by the glass.

Street Food traders need to complete a separate form found here.

All applications will go through a review process, and then we'll confirm if you've been successful or not in due course.
